today was like the first time in two weeks of dance training
that i PERSPIRED
the PAT is so freakin cold that i cant sweat
so there
surprisingly the hall is cold too

but too lazy to bring my warm and fuzzy pullover

physical was crazy today
LILY PHOA IS A CRUEL CRUEL DISCIPLINE HEAD
here's what that evil person made us do:

50 jumping jacks
50 crunches
plankboard position for 1 minute
2 rounds round the hall in 42 seconds
another 50 jumping jacks

this feels like karate
cept sensei makes us do more
dunno how long he made us do that invisible chair thingy
OMG linda and i were dying
we secretly stood up when he wasnt looking
:D






we totally diao1 bamboo and bai bu loads today
but the timing still a BIT off for bamboo
better tho than compared to before
:)
i hope i can do ban3 yao1 on the performance
im first row summore
